The goal was comprehension, and the only way to comprehend the world was by making myself vulnerable to it so that it would change me. The challenge was to lay myself open to everybody and everything that came my way. The prize was to change and grow big enough to feel one with the whole world. The real danger... was death by exposure.

The public have an insatiable curiosity to know everything - except what is worth knowing. Life is intrinsically, well, boring, and dangerous at the same time. At any given moment the floor may open up. Of course, it almost never does; that's what makes it so boring. The only people for me are the mad ones, the ones who are mad to live, mad to talk, mad to be saved, desirous of everything at the same time, the ones who never yawn or say a commonplace thing, but burn, burn, burn, like fabulous yellow roman candles exploding like spiders across the stars. Please, no shallow, self-absorbed, pretentious wannabe 'artistes' who willfully hurt others & take no responsibility for their actions. I seek people who know "stable" needn't mean "boring," someone who knows what they want & does more than pay lip service to the concept of honesty.

I've been told that I have the body of a lady and the mouth of a sailor. I'm assertive, crass, unabashed and more often than not I come off as a condescending cunt... but those that can see past it tend to think I'm rather special. To avoid criticism do nothing, say nothing, be nothing. I dont know what I'm going to become but I hope it isn't an adult.

So, this is my life. And I want you to know that I am both happy and sad and I'm still trying to figure out how that could be.
